           Properly Targeting  your mortgage or reverse mortgage offer is vital to the success of any direct mail campaign.

For example: Instead of one cookie cutter mail drop to FHA loan holders. Send out 3 different campaigns to

the different age ranges or ethnicity or different socio economic groups within the larger group.

Different groups will respond to images and copy that they can identify with and that appeals especially to them.

Use different visuals and copy specifically designed to appeal to different ethinicities and age ranges.
