Senior Households without Discretionary Income

They must have a need for immediate funds or extra monthly income. Just because they are in the

right age bracket and have equity doesn't mean they are a prospect. We can select those households

with little or no dicretionary income.


Seniors with Equity and Debt.

For successful Reverse Mortgage campaigns, you must find debt or true financial distress. We target

those with high revolving credit balances who are at or near their credit limit . They have high monthly

payments on highinterest revolving debt.

We also target those households with lower incomes and health issues in the household. Simply by

pulling those with less than 50% LTV doesn't always work.  You have to further segment what kind of

debt it is.

We always make sure that they have 50%+ equity and their home value is 150,000+ and age 67-86.


We suggest Reverse Mortgage marketing to those with:

  • High Credit card Balances that have the necessary equity
  • Senior Households with health issues
  • Those with a first position conventional mortgage in between 10-40% LTV
  • Spanish Speaking households with necessary equity.
  • Property tax delinquent

Seniors with $10,000+ credit card debt  Home values 150,000 to 500,000, 65 – 84  age range, $10,000+

revolving debt , under 50% LTV  10 cents per record….11 cents each with phone

 

Seniors delinquent on property taxes. 65+, LTV under 50% currently delinquent on property taxes.
